With the third-generation family heirs coming of age, the Unifrutti shareholders understood that further change was necessary and decided to evolve once again.
Together with relevant developments in the market, generational turnover has driven the Group’s decision to transition from a family company and adopt a more corporate approach.
A new phase for the group began with a reorganisation in 2012-13, thanks to the fundamental support of the third generation and the experience of the management team.
It was yet another challenge for a company that has never been afraid of challenges, but on the contrary, has made its passion for new adventures one of the pillars of its own identity.
Therefore, in 2015, the Unifrutti group entered a further phase of expansion and reorganisation.
